Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) is improperly promulgating and enforcing arbitrary rules contrary to Michigan law. Specifically, LARA no longer re-registers plan reviewers as a single registration, and now requires plan reviewer to re-register separately for each category. See attached letter for more details.
