The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA), Bureau of Construction Codes, has scheduled a public hearing on proposed rule changes affecting Skilled Trades Regulation Rules and Michigan Boiler Rules under Public Act 407 and Part 9a.
Due to the relatively short notice for this hearing, inspectors, boiler professionals, and other interested stakeholders are encouraged to review the proposed rule changes and participate in the rule-making process.
